Drinks out of reach – the drinks are on the opposite side from John and out of his reach.

Call bell out of reach – the call bell is on the opposite side of the bed from John and out of his reach.

Walking frame out of reach – the walking frame is on the opposite side of the bed from John and out of his reach.

Bed screen blocking view to toilet – the toilet door is not visible to John due to bed screens around other beds.

Blanket on his knees – this is a fall risk.

Bedside table blocking access – the bedside table obstructing free access into the toilet.
