- What is my individual heart disease risk including pregnancy complications or other risks specific to women?
- I have high blood pressure, diabetes, or other heart disease risk factors. What is the aim of my treatments, ‘what are my numbers’? If you have not reached the treatment aim, ask what you and/or your healthcare professional can do.
- What investigations do I need and in what timeframe can I expect these to be completed?
- Am I receiving guideline directed medical treatment for my condition?
- Will my treatment/condition have an impact on pregnancy/menstruation or menopause?
