Specific points to note:
- Hips – central and at the back of the chair
- Trunk – supported with pillows to prevent side flexion to the right
- Head – central and eyes looking ahead
- Right upper limb – supported with pillows and no longer required for balance
- Left upper limb – supported with pillows to help reduce tone
- Feet flat on floor – positioning ankles, knees and hips at 90° will help reduce tone
