- BM 6.2, BP 175/84
- Weak left face, arm and leg – no movement. Left hemianopia, Left sided neglect – NIHSS 15
- No regular medications
- Despite falling no obvious injury
- Weight 65kg
- At 10.05 CT/CTA – shows minor ischaemic changes in right hemisphere, a dense R MCA, CTA confirmed proximal MCA occlusion
- The team give a 6mg bolus of alteplase at 10.20 (DTN 30mins) and a 54mg infusion started over 1 hour. 15 min observations are started.
