Continue physiological monitoring frequency every 15-30 minutes? – Well done, Jean is hypotensive so needs to monitored more regularly. ✓
Monitor every 4 hours? – No, this is the wrong thing to do because this patient is hypotensive. Hypotension results in decreased cerebral perfusion and potentially worse stroke outcome.
