How does Charlie manage this?

Ruby and her rehabilitation team agree that the goals primarily failed because the process was not implemented correctly, a key member of staff was off sick, Ruby’s memory problems were more significant than first thought and the impact of the her recent ill health. Everybody decides that the goals should remain the same but that more support should be provided.

Ruby is happy with the outcome of her goal review. She tells Charlie how she can now see that goal setting will help her manage her condition not only whilst in hospital but also once home. During their conversation Charlie takes the opportunity to explain that, like goal setting, the undertaking of specific self practice tasks in the ward will also enable Ruby to self manage her condition.

Help Charlie decide on what he should do next: True/False actions . Correct answer in Bold
