Andrew is a 16 year old schoolboy, who has been experiencing frequent palpitations and dizziness while playing football.

Margaret:
Margaret is a 65 year old lady, who suffers a cardiac arrest at home. She is successfully resuscitated prior to her admission to Accident & Emergency.


Congenital cardiac disease

Kirsten
Kirsten is diagnosed with a congenital cardiac condition pre-natally. The case study follows her patient journey from childhood, through her transition to adult congenital cardiac services and to her care during her first pregnancy.

Jack
Jack is a baby, who has been having difficulties feeding and has not been thriving as well as he should have.
